Mr. YU is the founder and managing director of Fontainburg, a Greater China focused boutique investment bank.
Mr. YU has over twenty years of experience in international investment banking, capital markets and international strategic business development. Prior to founding Fontainburg, he held various senior positions at leading international investment banks responsible for pioneering their respective investment banking and capital markets business in the Greater China. He originated, structured, executed and led dozens of the international and domestic offerings of H shares/Red Chips/B shares/A shares, M&As, private placement and financial advisory mandates for the Chinese enterprises and institutions in international capital markets. He has developed excellent rapport with some major corporations and the local and the central governments at very senior level; and helped his clients having successfully raised public and private funds in excess of multi-billion dollars. He has advised various leading Chinese and international companies, including some leading MNCs for their cross-border corporate finance transactions, capital investment projects, and market development strategy in China. Mr. Yu used to work for the Central Government Ministries in Beijing, China.
Mr. YU earned his MBA from INSEAD, France; his Engineering Degree in Wireless Telecommunications from Hefei University of Technology, China; and educated at Harvard Business School, the USA.

Eric is the founder and general manager of Ineo China, an incubator of China
operations for European SMEs in the field of sourcing and distribution. The
company builds and manages local teams on behalf of its partners and
clients. Eric brings 15 years of experience in general management, marketing and strategy.
Eric has lived in Shanghai since 2000 where he co-founded Intrinsic Technology
(now Linktone, NASDAQ: LTON), a wireless data infrastructure company. Eric was responsible for the company's business development and his efforts were instrumental in enabling the company to become a leading player in its industry.
Prior to arriving in Shanghai, Eric gathered 10 years of general management experience in Europe with leading French retail giants Casino and Carrefour where he was in charge of profit centers with several hundred employees and 100m Euros in annual sales.

Mr. Bellomo is a managing partner of Inside Partners, an Italian-based independent strategic advisory firm and a strategic partner of Fontainburg. He focuses on international projects and specializes in cross-border M&A and foreign market entry strategies; in particular, his focus is in serving the needs of European clients (especially those in Italy) in Chinese markets as well as Chinese clients in the European markets.
Mr. Bellomo has over 12 years experience in international capital markets and investment banking as well as strategic business development. He previously worked for 6 years at McKinsey and ATKearney in a senior role in strategy consulting and later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services where he founded and developed the Strategy Group for their Italian office. This group specialized in strategic and business assessment for M&A projects with a focus on Private Equity. He also worked for Anderson Corporate Finance, presently Deloitte, in a similar capacity focusing on M&A and IPO projects.
Mr. Bellomo graduated with a Chemistry degree from Padua University with a specialization at the University of California- Los Angeles (UCLA) and holds an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Mr. Gahwiler is the founder of ProgressLink Ltd., a Switzerland-based independent consulting and supply chain advisory firm and a strategic partner of Fontainburg based in Zurich, Switzerland. He focuses on international projects and advises clients in organizing their sourcing and business process optimization. In addition, he advises clients in M&A and identifies sources for funding corporate growth and business expansion. In these capacities, he serves European companies to do business in Asia, particularly in China and the Asian Tiger'states. He also serves Asian clients to find business and cooperation partners and customers in Europe.
Mr. Gahwiler has over 7 years experience as an entrepreneur buying-out and running the former training services subsidiary of UBS AG. Before that he worked as the head of the robotics sub-division of a globally active Swiss producer of packaging equipment and as a business and investment controller in a Germany-based producer of injection molded container producer. Prior to that he was a consultant and project manager with the Boston Consulting Group in Munich and Zurich, focusing on consumer goods, construction industry, equipment manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. He was a member of BCG's Pharma Practice Group, focusing on pharma production PMI.
He presently is also active as a board member or board advisor in an IT start-up company, an IT hardware distributor, a sports goods trading company and an eLearning company.
Mr. Gahwiler graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich/Switzerland with a MSc. in Materials Science & Engineering and holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau/France. | |

Dr. Guo has over eighteen years experience in human resources and business management. He was Human Resources Director for the Greater China area in The Coca-Cola Company.
Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Dr. Guo was Managing Director, Head of Human Resources in Bank of China International (BOCI), the investment banking arm of the Bank of China. Prior to the Bank of China, he served as the General Manager of Rabobank Netherlands (China) Ltd. in Shanghai, a fully licensed Foreign Invested Bank in China. He also served as Managing Director, Head of Human Resources & Change Management Northeast Asia in Rabobank. Prior to Rabobank, he served as Director Human Resources at SBC Warburg (UBS) in Asia and was involved at a senior level in planning and successful implementation of the merger of former SBC and former UBS operations in North Asia in 1998. He managed the post-merger integration of the investment banking business units in Asia after the merger of the former SBC and the former SG Warburg in 1996. Before joining SBC Warburg, he was the General Manager for China at Rummler Brache Group (Asia), a consulting company specialized in business process re-engineering (BPR). He had worked on consulting assignments for multinational companies such as Motorola China, A.S. Watson Group of Hutchison Whampoa, ARCO China (now British Petroleum), Asia Foods, Quintiles Transnational, and Scott Paper Asia.

Victor Leong, a Singaporean national, is both an established corporate legal counsel as well as an experienced investment banker. He graduated with a Law Degree from the National University of Singapore in 1987 and thereafter spent several years practicing corporate and commercial law.
Victor then worked as an investment banker for over 10 years specializing in the area of corporate finance. The majority of this time was spent with Paribas, as Head of Investment Banking for Southeast Asia. Later, Victor also served as the Head of Corporate Finance for United Overseas Bank, the largest banking group in Singapore and in Southeast Asia.
Victor's clients include government entities, corporates, and various international financial institutions. He has been involved in numerous global equity and equity-linked offerings, as well as large privatization issues in Southeast Asia. Victor has also assisted many high-growth companies in raising mezzanine funding through private equity injection on a pre-IPO basis. In addition, he has advised numerous corporations on mergers and acquisitions, strategic placements, initial public offerings, corporate and debt restructurings, as well as valuation issues. |

Dr. Chen has extensive academic experience as a researcher and a professor in the area of insurance, and has served as a consultant for many multinational enterprises. Currently he is an Associate Professor and a Doctoral Program Supervisor in the Department of Finance and Accounting in the National University of Singapore. In addition to the areas insurance and financial markets, Dr. Chen has focused his research on world retirement and healthcare, actuarial mathematics, and international risk management. He has also published numerous articles and research reports in various professional magazines and has been awarded the Shin Research Excellence Award by the International Insurance Society Annual Conference on several occasions.

Mr. Ren is a practicing lawyer in Chinese law and has extensive experience in the fields of corporate and business law specializing in intellectual property rights (IPR), foreign investment, capital markets, corporate finance and company law. His broad experience includes advising one of the four largest state-owned banks to dispose of its controlling stake in a Sino-foreign joint venture commercial bank as well as the establishment of a major Sino-foreign real estate joint venture in China. He has acted as a legal counsel for many corporations in China and performed various legal due diligence services for both foreign and Chinese companies. His clients include F&G Electric, Sunco Group, Nordson (China), Beijing Laempe Casting Manufacturing GmbH, Shanghai Ethypharm Pharmaceuticals, Junyao Group. Prior to joining Fontainburg, Warren worked exclusively in Intellectual Property Rights, including patent, copyright, trademarks, antitrust and unfair competition for several years at the Shanghai Intermediate People's Court.
Mr. Ren is a Registered Practicing Lawyer and a Qualified Primary Assistant Judge in China, and obtained his LL.B from the Eastern China University of Politics and Law. Warren speaks English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese. |
